Manpower co-founder Elmer Winter (pictured at right) rang the Closing Bell of the New York Stock Exchange with Mitchell Fromstein (CEO: 1976-1999) and Jeff Joerres (CEO: 1999 to present) on November 14, 2008. Winter passed away October 22 at the age of 97.
